Throughout the year I will be providing forms to students who wish to collect an Extension Folder pack. There will be a new folder pack provided at the beginning of Terms 2, 3 and 4. Students will be provided with a hard copy of a new form at the end of each school term. If you wish for your child to have a folder to complete, please return the form to me.
